No, COD parcels cannot be opened before payment. However, if the delivered product does not meet your expectations, you are eligible for an exchange under Clive Shoes’ exchange policy.

You can exchange your purchased product by visiting the nearest Clive Shoes outlet with the purchase invoice within 10 working days. If no outlet is available in your city, you may courier the product in its original condition to our Head Office, and we will process the exchange within 10–12 working days.
