Return & Exchange Policy
Repairs/Claims (Non-Discounted):
If a defect is found in any non-discounted product, it can be repaired within two months of the purchase date.
Discounted Items:
No refund, exchange, or change in size/color will be allowed on discounted articles.
Purchase Slip Required:
A valid purchase slip must be presented at the nearest Clive Shoes outlet. Claims without a purchase slip will not be accepted.
Exchange of Online Purchases:
Non-discounted online purchases can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase for a change in size or color.
Online Purchases (Invoice Required):
For exchange, customers can visit any Clive Shoes outlet with the original invoice of their online order.
Order Cancellation:
Clive Shoes reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.
Prepaid Refunds:
For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Bags:
No refund, exchange, or replacement is available on bags.
