Every time customer will purchase any online item will agree on the company exchange policy as mention under
1. In case if any defect found in the Shoes, it can be repaired within two months of purchase date (Non-Discounted Articles).
2. NO Refund and Exchange on discounted items
3. NO Color/Size exchange on discounted items.
4. Customer should bring online purchase slip to their nearest Clive Shoes outlet. Without purchase slip no claim will be entertained.
5. Customer can exchange the size and color of online purchased shoes within 10 days of purchase date.
6. Company reserve right to cancel any order without notice.
7. In case of Prepaid orders you will get your refund with in 30 Days.
8. There will be no refund/exchange and replacement on bags.
