Online Exchange Policy

Every time customer will purchase any online item will agree on the company exchange policy as mention under

1.       In case if any defect found in the Shoes, it can be repaired within two months of purchase date.

2.       NO Refund on discounted items

3.       Customer should bring online purchase slip to their nearest Clive Shoes outlet. Without purchase slip no claim will be entertained.

4.       Customer can exchange the size and color of online purchased shoes within 10 days of purchase date.

5.       There will be no refund/exchange and replacement on bags.

6.       Customer support working hours are 9am – 5pm from Monday to Friday
